There is a nationwide breakdown of law and order. The leaked draft opinion written by Supreme Court Justice Alito overturning Roe v. Wade, came just in time for the Democrats to use as a smokescreen for their base to cover up their failure to address the real problems in America.
It’s not even law yet, and even if it becomes law, it returns the issue of abortion back to the states and the elected representatives of the people. But Democrats are tripping all over themselves to use the leaked opinion favorably on the campaign trail. In the process they are destroying the rule of law in America since the only thing they’re worried about is the midterm election.
The Supreme Court leak is an attack on the rule of law. It was an unprecedented breach of confidentiality of the work of our nation’s highest court. It’s similar to the law clerk who leaks his firm’s confidential communications to the press, or the juror who leaks the deliberations of the jury room before they reached a verdict. They would be summarily arrested. But Democrats and the administration have not condemned the leak, because it’s a bonanza for them, when they have nothing else to run on.
House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer blasted the draft opinion as “an abomination,” a “slap in the face” to women, and condemned the conservative Justices as “liars,” who “ripped up the Constitution and defiled both precedent and the Supreme Court’s reputation,” but said nothing about the criminal leak. They said nothing about the intimidation and potential violence directed at the conservative Justices, who are facing mobs of pro-abortion protesters outside their homes. They said nothing about the pro-abortion leftists’ calls on Twitter to “burn it all down,” to storm the streets, and burn down America and the Supreme Court. In fact, leaders of the Democrat Party are fanning the flames!
The pro-abortion demonstrations outside the Justice’s homes are illegal under the federal criminal statute 18 USC 1507, but we’re still waiting for Attorney General Merrick Garland to do his job and enforce the law, or even say something about the illegal protests. Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot added fuel to the fire and issued a “call to arms” to the LBGTQ community stating that “we will not surrender our rights without a fight.” An enraged Sen. Elizabeth Warren, cried “I am angry because an extremist Supreme Court thinks they can impose their extremist views on all of the women of this country, and they are wrong.” Congresswoman Pramila Jayapal said “People should take to the streets across the country.” New York City Council Member Shahana Hanif wrote “Roe must be protected — I’ll see you in the streets.” Democrat leaders and elected officials will stir the pot of nationwide riots and mayhem as they did in 2020 until they get their way.
Democrats love the leak that the Supreme Court is poised to overturn Roe v. Wade. They know the midterms are coming and that they will be washed ashore like a beached whale by a red wave of biblical proportions. So, the leak comes out and they promptly make use of it as a rallying cry galvanizing their base to win the midterm elections. But people are still focused on bread and butter issues. Inflation and gas prices are soaring to record highs, and the stock market is tanking. Store shelves across America are bare, and baby formula supplies are drying up, as pallets of baby formula are shipped to the border. We have open borders, murder and crime surging, record opioid overdose deaths, global instability with war, chaos, and the threat of nuclear disaster.
They have no answers to the real problems created by their own failed policies; the radical policies of the Biden and Hochul administrations and the progressives on the New York City Council. They blame it on the pandemic, “Putin price hikes,” price gouging by the “greedy” oil and beef companies, and the “ultra-MAGA” Republicans. They are threatening that Republicans are going to get rid of gay marriage, contraception, civil rights, and that Republicans are going to dismantle Brown v. Board of Education, and bring back segregation, and promote white supremacy. AOC Tweeted: “As we’ve warned, SCOTUS isn’t just coming for abortion – they’re coming for the right to privacy Roe rests on, which includes gay marriage + civil rights.”
Democrats have no connection to historical precedent. They don’t care if it’s against the rule of law, even if they have to throw the judicial system under the bus. They will throw out the U.S. Constitution, the Magna Carta, and British Law. They don’t care about science, public health, our schools, our children, or the sanctity of human life. Their next step will likely be to fan the flames of public hysteria over COVID again, to ensure they can rig the midterms with mail-in ballots and ballot drop boxes. They will lie, cheat, and steal, do or say anything, resort to mob rule, authoritarian mandates, rioting, voter fraud, and will “burn it all down” to satisfy their need for power and to win an election.
Time to hold them accountable by voting them all out! So-called moderate Democrats will go along with the mob’s agenda because they are afraid to stand up to the radical leftwing of their party. To solve the problems of crime, inflation, failing schools, foreign policy, and public health, we need to vote these Democrats out of office. Americans are worse off now than ever before in recent memory. We the people must rise up, form our ranks, and encourage our fellow citizens to get out to vote. For the love of country, we must get active and involved and organize! All Republicans need to vote in the June 28th Primary for the people’s choice of the Republican candidate to win the NYS gubernatorial election. A great red wave is sweeping the country despite the nefarious intrigues of the Democrats and their far-left progressive cohorts. We are winning! Citizens of New York: ride the great red wave to positive change and victory in the midterms!
