HISTORIC MANHATTAN BUS TOUR

DON’T LET THE BUS LEAVE WITHOUT YOU!

2017 Historic Bus Tour to Staten Island

Our popular annual historic bus tour leaves on Saturday, May 18 at 9 AM from the Queens County Farm Museum.  This year we are visiting Manhattan.  We are taking in the historic 1765 Morris Jumel Mansion in upper Manhattan, and National Society of Colonial Dames in the State of New York headquarters in Midtown East with its fabulous American Colonial-style interiors, Sylvan Terrace with its block of attached wooden houses that survive from 1880, and a delicious lunch at Coogan’s in Washington Heights.  We didn’t mention the menu last month.  You may like historic houses, but you will love the menu: Garden Salad followed by choice of grilled fresh filet of salmon served with rice and vegetable of the day, or shrimp scampi, or chicken picata, or penne a la vodka or Chicken Pot Pie and dessert of Chocolate Cake or Cheesecake. Soda and coffee included. Cost is totally inclusive at $99 per person. See flyer below or call James Trent 718-343-8830 to reserve. We return by 5 PM.
