Queens Village Republican Club hosted a successful jam-packed reception for our congressional candidate, Grant Lally at our old meeting hall, Trattoria Lucia restaurant, on Sept. 17. The Club raised over $3,000 for his campaign war chest from donors who now see a potential Lally victory here in NY’s Third Congressional District in a Republican wave election.

We especially wish to thank the sponsors of the fundraising event for their generous donations to the campaign.

Living in tents and shacks, these communities rapidly developed in New York City, especially in Central Park’s then empty reservoir and Riverside Park, but disappeared along with the crisis, writes Diane Jeantet of City Limits magazine back in 2013.
