We are deeply saddened to learn the news of the passing of our beloved Philip Sica, husband of Naomi, and past president of the Queens Village Republican Club. Philip was born on September 27, 1934 and passed away peacefully in his sleep this past Friday morning, September 10, 2021.
Reverend Sica was the minister of various Seventh-day Adventist Churches. He was active in the American Legion, having served in the Army’s Military Police. He was dedicated to advancing faith in God, country, freedom, and the principles of the Republican Party, serving as State Committeeman of the 24th AD, Republican candidate for public offices, Vice-Chairman of the Queens County Republican Party and serving as its Chaplain. Sunday, September 19, 2021, 2:00 p.m. EST, for the viewing, and then 3:00 p.m. for the funeral service.
