“A Country in Crisis: So What’s To Be Done?”
Dr. Jerome Huyler will present a timely talk for a troubled time.
A Country in Crisis: To all those who fear the country is going in the wrong direction, that government is too big, too expensive, way too intrusive, and that unless we change course soon and retrieve our founding principles, we will continue to court calamity for ourselves and for generations not yet born, ask yourself:
So what’s to be done? In this talk Dr. Huyler explains why the current proposals for a flat tax, a fair tax, term limit legislation , a balanced-budget amendment, and Mark Levin’s Convention of States or Connie Mack’s “Penny Plan” and will come too late and accomplish too little. The only way to save US is to wake our neighbors and send an army of Mr. Smiths to Washington to CUT programs and CLOSE agencies, CUT & CLOSE.
To restore opportunity & prosperity and preserve the founders’ vision of liberty we must work to defund ObamaCare then dismantle the rest of the welfare state, i.e., make government a PROTECTOR not a PROVIDER. Why? Because as Pres. Gerald Ford warned the nation back in 1976, “A government that’s big enough to give you anything you want is big enough to take everything you have.”
