Nicholas is a U.S. Navy veteran who possesses a strong passion for advocating for sensible and effective immigration policies that will benefit the American citizenry. Throughout his professional tenure\, Nicholas has developed a professional portfolio spanning political campaigns\, non-profit organizations\, and political think tanks; with the ultimate goal being to deliver impactful results.\nShari Rendall\, State and Local Engagement Director\nShari Rendall brings to FAIR over 15 years of experience in government relations and grassroots advocacy. In her former position Shari led the\nlegislation department in coordinating lobbying efforts on Capitol Hill and briefing congressional and administration staff on a wide range of issues. She has also been responsible for grassroots communications and helping state associations devise their legislative strategies. She began her time in D.C. working on Capitol Hill in the office of former Sen. Bob Smith (R-New Hampshire) as a Legislative Aide.\nDonghui Zang\, Parent Leader\nDonghui came to United States in year 1995 and had a Ph.D. from Rice University. He settled down in New York City and Queens since year 2002 and raised 2 children\, who all went NYC public schools from K-12 and are both now in college. Outraged by many absurd policies from Albany and City Hall\, he joined other similarly passionate parents in 2018 to keep the Specialized High School Admissions Test (SHSAT) and became the parent leader. I co-founded a grassroot parents organization\, New York City Residents Alliance\, which had been in the center of the citywide action to keep the SHSAT\, protest the community jail\, opposing the forced DoE School “Diversity” plan in D28 and many other events with common goals of pursuing public safety\, quality education\, and Asian American equality rights throughout New York City and State. I ran for City Council in D29 in year 2019 and ranked 4th among 9 Democratic candidates on ballot.\n
