In his address\, Matacotta spoke on Lincoln and what he means to this country and about education. He warned the audience that the Republican Party has given up the school system of the United States to a group of elitists who used similar takeover tactics as the 20th century strongmen: Mao Zedong\, Joseph Stalin and Adolf Hitler to hijack the education system. Joe was appointed by Mayor Giuliani to the position of Deputy Director of Public Safety. Joe is also President Emeritus of the NY Metro InfraGard Members Alliance\, an F.B.I. partnership initiative\, which he led for twelve years. \nJoe lives in Bellerose with his wife and family and currently is President of Integris Security LLC. An internet security firm. He was a Republican candidate for City Council.
