Kerik also served as Corrections Commissioner under Rudy Giuliani\, and later as interim Interior Minister of Iraq under President George W. Bush\, and was nominated by Bush to be Secretary of Homeland Security. \nWhile Bernie Kerik’s career has had its ups and downs\, he is a patriot and was an excellent commissioner who won national recognition for reducing violence at Rikers and other city jails\, and shares the credit for the historic reduction in crime during the Giuliani Administration. \nAlso on the roster are: \n* Rising young GOP star Gavin Wax\, president of the New York Young Republican Club. Gavin is a veteran of the Ted Cruz Presidential campaign and Nicole Malliotakis’ New York City Mayoral campaign\, and is currently a Fellow at the London Center for Policy Research. He has also written for Townhall\, The Daily Caller\, The Hill\, The Washington Examiner\, The Federalist and Newsmax\, and has appeared on Fox News and OAN. \n* Newly minted Republican and former DA candidate Joe Murray\, an attorney and former police officer who\, though still a Democrat at the time\, ran as the Republican candidate against Melinda Katz for Queens District Attorney in November. Joe will talk about his experiences running against the machine\, and about the horrid new criminal “justice” “reforms” that the “moderate” Katz is completely on board with.

Sizes needed are 3-6mths\, 6-9mths\, 12mths\, 2T through 5T & sizes 6 through 12\, boys and girls. We are seeking lightweight strollers for our newborns & toddlers. And are always in need of diapers – sizes 4\, 5\, & 6. Kindly take a baby bottle at our meeting and fill it with cash\, checks or coins and return the bottles\, clothes and strollers by Monday\, January 13\, 2020.\nWe already collected a truck load of baby items.  Thank you to all our donors and future donors.
