We are quickly approaching the holiday season. Thanksgiving is but days away and preparations are underway for all major religious holidays. We ask each of you to keep those less fortunate in mind during this holiday season. In our local area there is much that can be done to show our generosity. Our Lady of Lourdes Church has a Food Pantry located at 92-80 220 Street in Queens Village.

The Food Pantry is in need canned goods and other items. Please either drop off some canned goods or call and ask what they need the most. In our jubilation we can not forget to extend our generosity to those less fortunate. Let’s be thoughtful and have a great holiday season.
